how can i fix my skin?

My skin is really bad, it looks see through almost, im pale too which probably makes it worse.

I started realizing my skin was bad at the age of 12, I've always been insecure about it and I was wondering if anyone could help me.

If anyone knows about how to fix this, or has related to this, please comment.
