how can i fix my stupid lower lip?

my lips would look goated if the lower lip wasn’t so fucked. but when my jaw rests naturally (teeth touching) my lower lip goes flat. i don’t have an underbite btw, but it does kinda look that way bc my maxilla is recessed. my jaw is well developed compared to my maxilla, but my teeth still rest naturally and no dentist has said anything abt an underbite nor overbite. thanks
