This is the asymmetry i have:
Asimetria marcadeagua e1567420367230 1

My left side is shorter and more developed than the right side and also my right eye is lower and has a little more eyelid exposure than the left one

When I looked at pictures of myself from last year my asymmetries were less noticeable than they are now

What causes this and is there a way to fix it without surgery?

i can give you a hook from the right and u should be symetrical then

igf1 des in the less prominent jaw

Go to r/jawsurgery and ask there. You won't find any help here. My guess would be surgery if it is even fixable.

Surgery only

Jump off a 5 story building onto your head and pray that the fall aligns ur skull

Probably a bimax was some sort of rotation is your best bet

is that morph self made or from a surgeon? it might not actually be an axial tilt of the entire skull and more like a masster or other bone/muscle asymmetry instead. Go to a plastic surgeon or dentist and ask them to x ray your face or just analyze it by eye, they will diagnose you with whats really the case.

Lot of wannabe comedians on here, but hear me out your eyes sit on your maxilla if it’s not developed it can lead to droopy uneven eyes if you mew it develops your maxilla more and your eye area could rest on it properly and develop leaving them less droopy and more symmetrical if you already mew maybe you gotta put more effort into it, now about the uneven jaw it could be one jaw is weaker than the other (masseter muscles) or another approach I dont wanna lie im not too sure but dental braces do correct a uneven jaw not only just straighten your teeth so look into this and see if that will fix your jaw I hope this helps
