how can i fix my tmj?

i have some really bad problems on the right side of my tmj and i think its a displaced tmj.
it hurts like shit every day and the right side of my jaw hasnt grown since october 2023 or the date that i heard a loud crack in the tmj area (which means i cant grow bones without becoming an uncanny unsymmetrical subhuman) and have been having problems since there.
also dont ask why im on here and not at a doctor because i did and my doctor didnt let me explain

See a dentist or TMJ specialist for an exam and then jst wait a lil bit eat soft foods void clenchin dont try to force it yourself
