Heavy deadlifts, barbell and dumbbell rows, RDLs, rackpulls, weighted pullups will make your wrists/forearms and hands stronger. Dont use straps. Direct forearm work like reverse curls, any kind of wrist curls, hammer curls with fatgrips on the dumbbells. And obviously eat protein. Your forearms really arent that bad by the way. Its just what arms look like if you don't lift. Your bones and wrists seem normal, they arent death tier skinny.wish I had thicker wrists and arms in general. how can I fix these?

I looked at my wrists in the mirror and compared to my cousins and I look so beta.
I thought this wasn't really reversible? can I actually get bigger wrists just by working out? is this cope?
