How can I fix my uncanny face?

My face looks so uncanny. How can I fix that, my acne is really bad but I’m on accutane for that. I’m on igf1-lr3 to gain muscle. I hard me and I’m open to getting MARPE and a palette expander to help my reassessed and narrow maxilla. What else should I do
