how can i fix narrow lower facial third

i do train jaw and when u look at me from side i have really good jaw muscle mass however if someone looks at me from front unless i tilt my face up a little bit my facial lower third is supper narrow especially if i look down it gets even more narrow

i went to doctor and she said she would only give me hgh medicine only if i wouldnt have ability to produce it myself so she gave me meds that support hgh production (potenciator, L-arginine) and im 15 theres no way ill go for surgery anytime in my lifetime so what else should i do?

Stop wasting your time on some stupid method or money on roids/hgh. Get a job, or better, two and save up for hardmaxx, in your case jaw implants.
