How can i fix nausea after eating on reta?

i’ve been on reta for a little over a month, and the last week and a half i’ve been getting hella nauseous after eating feeling like i’m gonna throw up. i’m on 2.5 mg per week right now and started at .5, i still get hungry and don’t have to force myself to eat but i stop finishing my meals because i feel nauseous way faster. lmk what i can do to fix it or if i just gotta thug ts out

I randomly got this aswell. Ate like 2000kcal total in the span of 5 days. Just thug it out or lower dose slightly.
