How can i fix red scleras?

I’ve genuinely been struggling with this for a whole YEAR. Tens of hours of research but i can’t find anything that helps. Doctors tell me that it’s caused by dry eys yet i’ve been using like 5 different hella expensive ey drops but none of them worked. I’ve also tried antihistamines.
Whoever tells me a solution that will help is going to get 10€ from me
bimatoprost isn’t a solution as it’s only short-term

Artificial tears and tear production are good for short term

You have to find the cause for it tho. is it MGD, inflammation etc?

MGD is the most common tho so for that get a eyelid cleanser and some thermal therapy or wtv its caled

Mb i meant to say brimonidine, i always mix those up.
Doctors keep saying that it’s because of dry eyes, i think that’s bs tho.
How do i find the cause?
