This is not traditional but do this eat hella food 6 times a day count calories. You can do a little MK for hunger uf u have a hard time eating. Do cardio to burn the fat and j put on muscle. Then if you can’t put on enough just do test and some compound.

Idk how your food situation works, but space your meals out well.

Never allow yourself to go more than 5 hours without food.

After eating a meal, how long does it take to get hungry again? For me it's ~4-5 hours
i don't even know tbh my whole like eating schedules fucked i just binge throughout the day :forcedsmile: ill eat like one meal a day and the rest js eat snacks when i get bored

yeah ofc ive been wanting to stop but i always binge back into snacks, yall prob gonna laugh at ts but i went like 2 days w/o snacks and ate eggs and meat and i felt great

If its your first time lifting or you have done less then six months , I would stick to a very high protein diet of 1 gram per 1 lb of bodyweight, so if your 140 lbs, then eat 140grams per pound of bodyweight.

Do a split like this for good recovery if you get tired easily.

Here is a 3 day split I use that is good for recovery

Monday= Chest/Biceps ( Many people do chest triceps but I noticed triceps are tired after doing bench press so did not want to train them together )
Tuesday = Cardio , Aim to do 20 minutes on the stair master but if its your first time I doubt you will be able to do more then 10 minutes at level 2 or 3

Wednesday= Shoulders+Legs

Thursday= Cardio

Friday= Back+ Triceps ( usually people do back and biceps but your biceps will get fatigued from pull ups or chin ups so I noticed I was curling less, so decided to switch it )

Saturday = Rest
Sunday = Rest

While skipping cardio might be tempting its worth it in the long run. You will feel less tired throughout the day and also have a lower resting heart rate . Also when you start fucking foids it will allow you to not tire out when you fuck them which will happen easily if your cardio is bad

Good protein sources=

Lean meats ( Beef, turkey, tuna , fish ( not all fish is equal, salmon and tuna are the best fish protein sources )
Greek Yogurt ( Greek yogurt if you get the reduced fat one its 120 calories and 17 grams protein per 170 grams and tastes fine, while the fat free is 90 calories and 18 g protein per serving of 170 grams ). The whole one is 170-200 calories per 15-16 grams of protein. The reason the higher calorie has less protein is more of the protein gets filtered out in place of fat during filtration.

Fat free is fine for cuts but I just use reduced fat as the fat free has less Taste but compared to fat free yogurt its a lot better as greek yogurt has a creamy taste to it.

Ultra filtered milk= This is milk but they filter it down so it has double the protein. Just looks for ultra filtered milk. Normal milk is not a good protien source as its low in protien

Cottage Cheese

Whey protein Isolate powder= You can get 25 grams-30grams of protein with just 120 calories. The most protein possible and its the highest quality but any lean meat or dairy is top quality protein. I would def get one and take 60 grams of protein per day. Its very likely your natural diet is only giving you 50-60 grams of protein per day if not less, taking additional 60 will get you pretty close to your protein goals on its but making a few switches you will succeed

Eggs=6 grams of protein per 70 calories . Pretty decent.

Pasteurized egg white= If you dislike having normal eggs and just want to drink some eggs you can find pasteurized egg whites and drink a whole cup of it.


Overrated protein sources= Whole milk, peanut butter. Whole milk has 150 calories per cup but only 7 grams of protein. Pretty low tbh

Peanut butter is 190 calories with 6 grams of protein. Pretty low yield tbh.

If you take a lot of these you will get excess calories and low protein. That being said peanut butter and whole milk can be used to get extra calories but at that point I would just be drinking more ultra filtered whole milk

As for the rest don't fall for the no carb bullshit. Carbs are needed for energy. I like beans and oatmeal, but avoid the sugary instant ones spend the time having the non sweet ones or find ones that add very little sugar . Its very carb dense and reasonable calories .

Since you're a literal child just go to the gym and eat. You'll gain a decent amount of lean mass which will improve your general build and your basal metabolic rate. When you're ~18 decide if you want to cut down a little bit. Abuse tf outta puberty and be patient.

To beat skinny fat, atleast the most effective way, is you need to chose if you want to lose the fat first and be skelly mode for a bit, or bulk and gain muscle under the fat, looking chubbier for another year or a bit more, before you can cut down and have a base to work with. If you cut the fat now you will be skinny and people will bug you about how skinnt you got, but if you chose to add muscle first you gotta deal with not seeing it as much as you should cause the fat covers it. If you chose to bulk first you wont look great but can put on lots of muscle then cut weight later.

You could try doing both at the same time but thats iffy. I know some people can do it if they have the right genes and diet but others will spin their wheels. So id say just pick. If you chose skelly you can get their in 2-3 months and then only deal with it for another few months before muscle starts coming in but then if you do it right you leave skelle mode quickly.
