So my infras are recessed but for some reason it also makes my under eyes like a purple color, is this because of my recession or another reason? Can i fix this?

Purple undereyes are generally due to negligible fat in the undereye region. I have the same issue.
There's no real fix besides comestic surgeries. You can improve it via better sleep, lightening serums, etc.
