As title, how can I fix these eyes? Also how are they called?

I'm against surgery. Everything else is ok, supplements, creams, ice on the eyes and more...

you would need basically custom made Infra orbitals implants
Lower eyelid retractation/canthopexy.
Probably canthoplasty because you may have NCT with this shitty pic.
Probably ptosis surgery/ or insane amount of fat graft/fillers in UEE.

Hooding works with that method but, i would still do some fillers, your UEE is the last issue, not the biggest. you have literally near deformed tier scleral show i'm sorry to tell you that but you need to know the truth.

ptosis surgery should be ur first step, if you fix the ptosis the upper eyelids won’t look so hollow

can't you see how much droppy are your lower eyelid? Normal eyes have the lower eyelid rightly connected to the iris

squint till you can, but you'll develop wrinkles.
no this is droppy lower eyelid and scleral show. ptosis is linked to a muscle defect of your upper eyelid

This guy (famous PUA rsdjulien) has similar eyes to mine and he squints a lot and wear eyeglasses most of the time.
