I d appreciate some advice, thanks. Is it also just bloat? Im currently bulking but either way id like to get them fixed

some sort of collagen or retinoid and if that doest work a dermal implant or botox could suffice

I js stuck to tret for a bit and applied mainly over there and under eye cream it went away it comes back sm times and I think I might do ghk cu for it

Smile lines like that come naturally with age. I'd suggest microneedling, collagen stimulation or if you want to fix them really bad, laser therapy. At some point, smile lines don't come from recession but just collagen loss from aging. Also, some people just naturally have minor smile lines like that (such as even me). The fact that only strong lighting makes them visible is a sign that they are NOT a big issue. 99% of people will have some nasolabial fold exposure when such a harsh light shines on them from above.

what do yall think of isotret? i wanted to do it for texture and comedomes as well. pretty much for inflammation cause most of my skin problems could be fixed by isotret alone besides deep hydratation

bump, should i start isotret low dose? i have bad texture, hyperkeratinization, low grade inflammation and excessive sebum. Or should i do tret? help me decide
