#1, i will admit that I have one of the shitiest diets oat. But I just dont think its the diet by itself that causing this type of acne. Ive had the acne on the second photo for months. They grow, shrink, get red, blend, but they never got away. I use a facial wash called pan oxyl. And ive got a pretty basic skin routine. One underlining thing i could think of could be… soda. I have cut back on my soda drinking, but ive now come to realize its bs and not benefiting me at all. So, no more soda, im am kinda trying to better my diet. I dont really have the funds to support farm fresh foods. Another problem i could think of could be my job at McDonalds. I work the fryers and grill alot and im always handling food. Those are the only things I could think of. So, is there anything else possible to fix this, or is it time to just go to a dermatologist. I understand hormonal acne and blah blah, but theres no way acne is supposed to stay this long in this condition. Thanks

eating something that you are intolerant for, could cause all types of acne. very common for many people. try to figure out if you have some insensitivity. usually it's milk for most.

why do you think that? many have hormonal acne even until their adulthood.
for men, hormonal acne simply means androgenic acne.

I'd recommend a b5 + l-carnitine alongside with a low dose accutane. I do 30mg a week right now, and I'm doing more or less fine onr 150mg of test a week

Because some acne I get does infact go away and are just regular red bumps, for the longest time I have been getting this type of acne called pustules, which im sure is also caused by horomones, but these are basically an everyday occurrence. Im getting new ones left and right. And its always in the same areas, lips, chin, and as you can see in the photos, those are the hotspots, so I try and wash them more because you know. But besides that point. What is causing them to stay for such a long period of time??
