How can i fix this with my nose

Theres this part of my nose which is holding my nose back from being straight, its like its a piece missing which creates a bump.

The first image is my normal nose and the second one is a edited version(how i want it to be ) im still developing so Somone please tell me how to fix it and what causes it.

Doesnt affect the front ,but it kind of ruins the side and doesnt give a flawless look, what causes it tho, im developing right now so if i take action Quick it can help
