how can I fix this

I’m currently 180 And I don’t know what body fat percentage. I’m at how lean would I have to get to be absolutely shredded like 7% body fat

At 7% bodyfat you'd be suffering every day, that's almost stage lean and maybe is about stage lean for naturals. Probably not even optimal for appeal. Just try and get lean enough where your abs are almost always showing and your face is defined. Also, I'd say your 15+ percent bodyfat rn.

What he said, the ideal is 11-12%

But I think you're exactly 15% bf right now. 15-16 at least
