im pretty sure one of my clavicles are longer than the other and one of my traps is higher than the other. my mom says i walk like one of my shoulders is higher than the other or some retarded shit and i feel like i can visibly see the difference in how far my arms are from my neck because of my clavs. im gonna start doing scapula pulls because idk any other fixes

don't bother fixing skeletal asymmetries, i tried and you can't without working directly with some pri retard.
skeletal asymmetries are often the cause of jaw asymmetries, which you can't control
you most likely have a lateral pelvic tilt, an eye asmmetry, a jaw asymmetry
hell i've got a palm a cm thicker than the other lol

your asymmetry isn't even bad, i can't notice it

focus on building alot of muscle, those mask skeletal asymmetries extremely well. sit straight, don't rotate your spine/curve it to the side as much, don't rest on either side of your hips, don't perform activities asymmetrically if you can help it, that's all you could really do

try to fix your muscle asymmetries, you most likely have a smaller lat on either side...

thanks for an actual real response bhai marking u solution for being helpful. i actually do rest on one of my hips a lot like subconsciously do you know why that could be? my guess is weak pelvis or something but idk
