I really want to learn Python and C# but I can't focus. My mind wanders off really quick. Any tips? I may suffer from adhd.

Stop using the Internet, you(like many other Internet users) have probably a very low attention span due to constantly staying online, jumping from one website to another, browsing this forum, watching youtube clips, checking your phone, etc. - many people do this, they get bored of just one thing, keep multiple tabs open - these absolutely destroys their concentration and lowers the attention span.I really want to learn Python and C# but I can't focus. I learned programming back in high-school when I didn't even have a computer at home in the first two years, those were different times, but there were much less distractions than now and learning any complicated stuff: programming, advanced math, etc. was much more easy.
