i had the same problem, a thing that worked for me is that i didnt sleep a night or two then i slept at time i wanted to sleep and woke up at time i wanted to wake up, after a week of exhaustion it slowly became easy for me to fall asleep, but best results come after 3 weeks i'd sayI tried taking 3mg, 5mg melatonin it didn't do shit.
