Im considering pregab but I dont want to depend on something forever so I was wondering does socializing become easier naturally without using any medications at some point after using pregab for a while

the people dont consider me weird or anything (thanks to my looks and physique) but I come as outsider because I dont share the same interests as these people, I dont fit in with nerds neither with the "popular" groups, im somewhere in between idk how to explain it tbh
And the girls at my school they go for the more social guys for example there's a mf who's older than me but 5'4 and he gets more girls than me because he's very low inhibition

Its mostly because of the lack of common interests, I listen to different music, different style of clothing, different hair styles, and even a different way of talking so idk if being nt is the ultimate solution bc I dont want to fraud a different personality
