How can I Further max out my current looks?

I don’t know what to fix more currently maybe my eyebrows because they are very thin and so are my eyelashes, but most areas ive done some sort of method in order give them bone mass (or at least somewhat made them less recessed), or my forehead which I used my hair to cover up cuz it’s lwk large asf. I’m currently 1.5 years in
