I'm 176cm (5'9) barefoot, and i really wanna be atleast 5'10 barefoot because then I can easily fraud an inch to 5'11 and round up/just claim 6'0

How can I gain 2 cms to reach 5'10 barefoot as soon as possible?

I cant go on peptides/hgh

The problem is my dads like 5'5 and my moms shorter than that (max 5'4, but i think she might be a bit shorter) so ive already outgrown my family by a good amount so im not sure if im capped at 5'9

Just wait to your growth maxes out naturally

if you are past growing, just wear elevator shoes theres nothing you can do at that point
if you arent, just eat a clean and balanced diet to maximise growth potential
