Nothing works, would like to get some tips. I'm pretty muscular tbh.

Just to lean down a bit to 47-8 and start a slow bulk, my body now want to eat more than anything, I would confuse it and then bulk.

Thata a meme avg stoner is scrawny beyond belief. They'll eat one big meal after smoking and wont eat for the rest of the day. Expensive habit too, just look at Snoop and Khalifa. Literally just eat more than you burn.

Bruh you know how to lose weight, IIRC you've lost like half your weight by now. What I recommend if it gets hard to lose weight is to eat very low calorie dense foods and lots of high protein foods. It will keep you satiated longer. Also if you have a problem with eating too fast chew on every bite a minimum of 20 times.

Those two tips are what helped me the most, probably even more than CICO. You wouldn't even need to count if you do those.

This. Just do calorie deficit + cardio untill 20% bf or less @LondonVillie. After you're lean you can begin building muscle mass, youll probably find theres already a good amount under the fat.

I have lost 40 kilos by eating less and walking but ngl it is very unsustainable- binge eating is what keeps me sane and thats bad. Did you exercise? Diet is the main cause for weight loss but cardio helps

I literally eat pure salt to stay full jfl which is bad

Your weight loss is good but you have kept the weight off too

I lost around 35kg before I stopped because of shit mental state. I never really stopped binge eating ngl, when I had a good mental state and established healthy eating habits I could go weeks without binge eating. You can try and use other things as an outlet for what causes you to binge eat, but I can't really figure out how to do that.

For exercise I bicycled 1 hour at least 5 times a week to transport me to school and then I did bodyweight exercises.

Once you hit that plateau you will have to make the exercise more intense on ur body for same results. You could do that by adding weight(carry bag with weight), walking uphill, swimming(ik big guys are insecure with this), cycling and eventually running. All good ways to meet people too.

Everyone had gained weight during quarantine ngl. I want to go to the gym but in England you can only go for 30 minutes max and can’t use weights because of infection so it’s pointless to go. Walking and weights seems just as good.

which gum did you chew? Also it might give your jaw a workout lol
