How can I gain weight reasonably or is it impossible? (Ectomorph)

Fuck all mesomorph endomorph that complain, all you have to do is do nothing. Is that really hard? Fucking retards.

I started trying to gain weight at 150 pounds. I bought a weight gaining shake and tons of food and I would basically cook food and eat all day in my house.
I cant really deeply focus on any work because I always have to think about what I'm cooking or eating for the next meal. Eating takes me like a long time since Im really full already. So basically it ends up being just constant eating all day. Its very annoying to do.

If you want to go hang out with friends or something, you will lose weight fast. People eat like 1/5 the meal size I eat at home. You cant tell people you want to stop and eat all the time because it is not reasonable. Diet has to be the #1 thing in my life.

I did this aggressive constant eating for 2 weeks and I gained 10 pounds. Some fat and some muscle. My testosterone feels extremely high during this time, I just dont give a fuck about anything and take risks. I also have so much energy and feel like I want to fight or run around or something.

The problem is I got so bored and so tired of doing this and just ate normally for 1 week. I went from 162 to 157.

My goal is 200 so how can I reach this without staying home all day. Is it possible?

olive oil and butter on all ur proteins. eat a lot of mac nuts, almonds, walnuts, pecans, etc. if u still cant gain weight ur eating pattern is probably dog shit (naturally skippping breakfast and lunch or eating super light in those meals but eating alot during dinner or w.e)

if ur telling me u cant gain weight eating 1-2 cups of nuts a day (literally takes 10 minutes) along with ur other 3 meals then u probably have a serious medical problem or are seriously understimated ur calories and should start tracking. if ur active (say u walk alot at school or work) u gotta factor that in too. I walk almost 5-6 miles a week. thats 500-600 calories...in 7 weeks thats a pound lost if im underestimating my tdee and not accounting for that.

You cant just eat tons of fucking nuts they give you a huge headache and stomach ache. They are actually bad because they have phytic acid and they make you feel like shit.

I can eat tons of chicken and beef, bacon, milk, butter, fish, and I never feel sick only better and better.

do u find u get full really quick? U listed no carbs on there only proteins which are extremely filling and not calorie dense. U might be underestimating how many calories ur eating.

im only full after I eat like 6 eggs 2 cups oatmeal and bacon with milk. but I only stay full for like 1 hour 30 then I need more bad.

also if I eat half a pound of beef or 1 pound of salmon ill be full for a few hours

Last year I was at 132 pounds. Now I'm at 176 pounds. I think your problem is your mindset. You just have to eat a lot. Be consistent.

Do you know how many calories you got when you gained 10 pounds ?

3000 a day or more
 
Stick to 3000 calories. Gaining weight demands commitment.
