Fuck all mesomorph endomorph that complain, all you have to do is do nothing. Is that really hard? Fucking retards.
I started trying to gain weight at 150 pounds. I bought a weight gaining shake and tons of food and I would basically cook food and eat all day in my house.
I cant really deeply focus on any work because I always have to think about what I'm cooking or eating for the next meal. Eating takes me like a long time since Im really full already. So basically it ends up being just constant eating all day. Its very annoying to do.
If you want to go hang out with friends or something, you will lose weight fast. People eat like 1/5 the meal size I eat at home. You cant tell people you want to stop and eat all the time because it is not reasonable. Diet has to be the #1 thing in my life.
I did this aggressive constant eating for 2 weeks and I gained 10 pounds. Some fat and some muscle. My testosterone feels extremely high during this time, I just dont give a fuck about anything and take risks. I also have so much energy and feel like I want to fight or run around or something.
The problem is I got so bored and so tired of doing this and just ate normally for 1 week. I went from 162 to 157.
My goal is 200 so how can I reach this without staying home all day. Is it possible?
