How can I get a better eye area

How do I get rid of that darker tone under my eyes and how do I fix that they are so hollow. Also How can I improve my eye area without any surgeries

The problem is most likely recessed infra orbitals. No softmaxes to fix that. You can apply concealer to get rid of the darker tone. For the hollowness all you could do is fat grafting or a different surgery.

never tried it so can't say whether it works or not but surgery is the best option

There are no studies showing that it works dont waste your money on it
