Do y‘all know, how I could get as a guy a faster metabolism.

I am like at 15-16% bf and am doing like 20000-30000 steps on a regular day.

Muscle, hit can also burn more kcal throughout the day (I think there are some studies on this)
 
Fast in the morning and just deficit. Ur 15% ur metabolism shouldn’t be bad

20,000 to 30,000 is fucking diabolical. Thats why ur metabolism is dog shit. Anyways eat high protein, have a refeed day, and rehydrate day where u down like 3L of water. Also take ur vitamins. And when u cut eat high protein. Good luck bhai
 
walk after meals, dont eat when about to sleep, dont eat a lot of carbs, etc

It is good but its a lot bro. Im mirin u can take that much steps a day and still operate :lul::lul:
I am walking a lot everyday. Going often after work on walks.
Some days I walk even more than 30000 Steps.
But I don’t know, why I can’t loose Fat easily no more?

cuz ur body doesnt feel a need to naturally burn calories cuz ur taking so much steps so its adjusting to that. U might need to take like 3 or 4 days where u refeed, (not too much) and dont walk. For ur refeed day eat a lot of carbs btw. And then switch to high protein after the 4 days.

yes u basically have shit metabolism saar. Just do what i said and ask questions later. It works nigga, i done it b4. I was at a weight loss plateau and fixed it like this man

not per week nigga. are u trying to cut weight or gain :lul:

just do 4 refeed days with the water and lots of carbs, and less walking when ur at a weightloss pleatau. Your body will naturally burn more calories.
