No and i'm on vacation rn so I don't have a ruler and my retainer is not with me rn. But basicly the right side of my upper arch is wide and the left is kinda narrow, and then the lower arch retainer is small af
35 to 40mm they probably won't expand.
Do you have a retainer and is the lower one narrow? they took out a single lower tooth, 3rd from the middle, way before i knew about all this, I think this is the cause of my sub5 face
