How can i get a taller ramus

Is there any way i can achieve a taller ramus and space out my mouth to chin area?

I’m 15, 16 in october I started puberty late,
I’m gonna do hgh (5ui/ed) is there any way i can get a taller ramus and basically change my mouth to chin area and my lower third in general?
or is the bonemass i get from hgh just gonna follow my cranial structure so it’s just gonna amplify my skull all together?
