Posted a thread about getting rid of the angry/tired/bored look in my eyes. All suggested supraorbital fat grafts. I can't seem to find any pics of good results for black guys in particular though.

If you were me, what exactly would you ask for/tell the doc (how much, exact area to focus on, etc) to get ideal results?

I'll side with @Firstname.Lastname and recommend looking into ptosis repair. Ptosis is the reason why you look permanently tired/bored.

I'm not sure about a fat graft though. The space between your eyes and eyebrows is high, and, ideally, it should be closed. A fat graft won't achieve that. Maybe your case warrants a supraorbital implant or a reverse brow lift (as recently undergone by @SteveRogers ). What do you think @yussimania ?

Instead of a rhinoplasty, go for an alar plasty. It's a cheap procedure and you're basically an ideal candidate.

And, my bad, it seems SteveRogers underwent a different procedure (release of the orbital/brow-retaining ligament), as explained here : https://looksmax.org/threads/the-single-biggest-hunter-eye-breakthrough-ever-gtfih.1704162/
Yeah mine was ligaments and you’re right, this gap is too big and to be honest, it somehow doesn’t failo the nigga.
@ihatesoccer you honestly look good, you already have a great lateral canthus - that’s what a good 70% of a great eye area is.
If anything yeah a frontalis botox to lower and straighten brows could mog

You showed a face of a ogre. One of his orbits are 10 x the other ones same with the zygo
Yeah but the point is it's the orbital index look how compact they are which results in a low set brow

And Botox wont do shit to give you low brows there is just one frauded result here on .org everyone references and even if you find an injector to lower it properly (they are trained to raise it not lower it), bringing the brow lower than the supraorbital rim is just gonna give you brow ptosis and a shit aged look lol

@SteveRogers did you end up doing this surgery?

upload pictures of yourself touching grass, having stable employment and having a normal social life and i'll accept your apology. I don't think I'd do a rhino though

appreciate it bro. didn't even know that body part had a name.

Yeah others also said the sharp/arched eyebrows contribute to the issue. as long as I can get a more neutral expression i'll try it. if the shit makes me look prettier that's a good side effect too

You’re seriously trying to explain this shit to me? Not only are you wrong but doing it so confidently jfl.
Talk to me when you’ve personally spoken to 100s of plastic surgeons please.

you should do an implant since it fixes the structural issue. and also a rhino.

ma nigga frfr
Why are you so racist? Like my nigger was just trynna ask some questions? Can't you give the nigga some solid advice, nigga? Instead of being racist to the nigga...

I guess we will see, seeing as you did your fat grafting again - idk if he agreed to do this ligament surgery on you in this round you did but I'll be waiting for the result if you did as I am interested

@Foreverbrad thanks for confirming that this Botox method is just cope

If you can’t honestly understand how this shit works why comment?
Frontalis Botox would never work on Brad, he has ZERO sub brow fat/ soft tissue - you could see that his eyebrow was riding his orbit completely.
That ONLY works if you have high set brows WITH soft tissue underneath but not enough to actually cover upper eyelids - it’s honestly just so simple, I’ve explained it a million times, in short, put your thumps on your brows and push down slightly, it the skin rolls IN to the orbit and all that happens is the brow lowers but soft tissue remains stagnant, you have a tight retaining ligament - which is the ligament that holds your soft tissue into your orbits - it’s the ligament they tighten during a bleph.
My surgery design changed pre op, instead of just releasing the ligament, my surgeon and I decided we would release the ligament, then cut and re anchor my literally eyelid crease the way down to 2mm above my upper eyelid lash line, then fat grafting to support the crease and ligament from rebounding back up - as there’s a risk during the healing phase that the skin will “stick” back to the bone, so we’re literally creating a physical barrier with the fat - not only that but we also decided to just fill as much as we could in this area, just to cover all bases.
Ok so there’s the surgery design, I hope I don’t have to continue to repeat it.
It’s about a 50% chance of working btw, I’m literally the first person EVER to undergo this.
