what’s clen? I’ve been on Reta for basically a month now and I have only lost like 8lbs so idk

Its a fat burner, so if youre already discipline with diet its gonna be way better then reta. But 200mcg is a joke thats way too much for most you need to work your way up it fucks with the heart

okay thank you. Ik diet is way more important than cardio but I haven’t had the time to do cardio at all these past weeks (not kidding) but I think that’s why I’m not noticing much progress. But I’m stopping Reta today cuz I’m moving away from my vendor so I gotta have more discipline now
