nah barely, you can fraud it with eyelash curler or eye contacts to take attention off and away from your negative tilt but its mainly just lack of bone projection under your eye and zygos, you probably need orbital rim implants and/or canthoplasty. $15,000-20,000 usd total in usa,indiana by dr paley. its not that bad though it harmonizes with your face

Its strange cuz both my parents had positive tilt and if i open my eye SUPER Wide it shows the tilt upwards, is it negativo holding? And with lashes i cant do since i preffer my natural ones

if it becomes positive when opening eyes then it confirms its not your zygos and mainly just orbital projection and shape of the eye. you probably DO have positive tilt but the new dogshit soft foods and terrible diets humans now eat have likely affected your development facially. It would explain why your parents have pct but you have nct, its because they had a better diet for facial development, a more natural diet, less artifical, less softer.

I remember give lots of meat like liver and stuff but i also remember my dad had smth similar that made his eyes look droopy (I cant remember him since i barley met him)
