How can I get better looks trough softmaxes?

I know the basics like get rid of my acne (prob will be taking accutane soon) or doing neck excersices like neck curls or chin tucks but that won't make me look way better.
So I just wanted to ask what I can do with softmaxes and what I can improve (not taking risks of medium or hardmaxes)

Just take the risk most roid cycle if done correct are safe like im 15 and my stack is
20iu hgh every day
25mg tyra 300 every day
25mg exemestan every day
500mg test e every week
Most softmaxes dont do shit after diying ur skin theres not much to do thats gonna make a big difference exept roids for few mm/cm (based on how long) of bone mass but always do ur own research cant trust my opionion or anyone random on the internet
