To be honest he may be legally required to keep my info secret, but regardless he would refuse to help with cycle bloodwork...


maybe if i guilt tripped him into "if i dont monitor - i could be on trt for life and im going to do it either way"

Not too sure about this but you could try one of the online blood testing services. A real U.S physician will prescribe a blood test. Make sure to ask how they will charting your information. There’s a program that doctors use called Epic to do charting. Maybe if either one of the doctors aren’t using that you might get away with it.
