I’ve been having acne since 12yr and havnt gotten rid of it since. I’ve been doing the basics like washing and moisturising my in the morning and night but still doesnt work my diet is good and exercise 4 times per week.
My mom won’t let get accutain. I want to get it but where I am they need the parents permission.

Hormonal acne can last for years up into your early twenties. Take a good look at your habits and your living situation.

Is your diet *really* good? Test your acne's reactions to different foods. If you drink beverage A, does your acne aggravate? If you eat food B, does your acne clear out? ETC. Many people have adverse reactions to dairy and sugars, as well as PUFAs.
Make sure your hygiene is on par. Are you sleeping on a month-old pillowcase? Switch it out. Are you touching your face a lot? Stop doing that. Wash your hands more often.

Your parents are right to stop you from taking Accutane. Accutane has been known to cause intercranial pressure, liver failure, suicidal thoughts, FUCKED UP BABIES in women, and infertility in men.

i don’t know how severe your case is, but if it’s not too bad, you could also consider adapalene 0.1% as this doesn’t need a prescription. Or tretinoin 0.025 if you can get a prescription.

eat more red meat and eggs and less refines carbs drink more water, but ideally just start accutane best way is through ur derm just tell ur mom its affecting ur self confidence (which it is) and bring up ur reasons why, if not get it on indiamart
