So I'm 14yrs old, 5'7.5, and 26.7 on the BMI scale (173lbs)
I want to be 23 BMI (150lbs) or less.
I live next to this gym that i can get a pretty good membership for the summer, so i was wondering if you guys have any tips for me.
like what exercises i could do to train my body and one day maybe get abs or something so I can take my shirt off at the pool party
Also I need a diet so i can get jacked
At the moment I can't even do a pushup
So please help me
