How can I get forward growth during puberty

Is there any ways that I can maximise forward growth during puberty, I feel like I have a slightly recessed jaw and maxilla. I was at the dentist and had X-rays that indicated my wisdom teeth have began to grow, if it makes any difference.

Vaping is as harmful as smoking don't think ur safe if uh vape

HGH, might even get some height gains as well. wish i would have done more research when i was younger, now im hard nerfed by my height

add some test in there, not too much though, wouldn't go above 300mg but you gotta manage your E2 if not it can close your growth plates if it gets outta range. Also, stay away from DHT blockers as DHT is responsible for growing ur dick during puberty
