Preferably for cheap. Would drying out all the acne then rehydrating my skin well do anything?
Like washing with panoxyl 2x daily, then mosturizing 2x more than that?

My face acne isnt that bad but my body acne is, so if I get prescribed accutane I can just fix both, but Ik my face acne isnt bad enough to qualify

I'm not experienced with accutane consult with dermatologist, it's likely that you can get prescription. You can also use topical retinol on body if it isn't too bad.
