i know yall will say go on a cut but im at like 14% bodyfat and dont have that much bone mass in my face and cutting will prevent me from reaching my max height potesial (im short and dont wanna get shorter) i was thinking about like maintaining or going down like 100-200 cals and do a little bit of cardio i mostly wanna cut for my face
. The only other reason you would do cardio is to work on stamina
