Can someone give me advise on how to get less upper eyelid exposure and fix under eye bags and improve my eye area?

Your eyes look very good ngl.
Only squinting will lessen the upper eyelid exposure without surgery, everything else is cope

not really much you can do to the structure of eyes without surgery tbf just grow out ur lashes and brows

trim ur eyebrows and use minoxodil or smth else to grow and thicken them

fill in your eyebrows with minoxidil especially closer to the glabella
