Depends on what problems you have. Go ask a maxillofacial surgeon, if you dont have problems with your jaw, you'd do implants

I cant really tell you anything. They check through scans since from the outside soft tissue can impact how your skull looks. So I cant say for sure what you need from photos. Best to wait and try other softmaxxes
