How can i get Maspe?

Today I tried to get maspe at my orthodontist but he say everything is okay and he said some of my teeth slightly tilted inward. Even if I said my airways cooked he say he can offer me braces. So what i need to say him to get Maspe?

Then try being honest with him also dentist also are in the aesthetics
If he keeps saying no then go to another one

You do need braces or at least aligners lol
