I did grow it out more and i also dyed it like darkblonde but im thinking about dying it to black or more of a brown tone, also which of these two would u recommend and what hairstyle would u recommend?

Can never go wrong with a messy modcut , anything medium length has the highest appeal in my opinion

you look wildly different in each of those photos. if the first is what you look like currently, you're goated (htn), grow the hair out. mod cut/some waves would suit you well

just from looking at this, hair is all u need, u dont look bad, maybe start hitting the gym if u dont and learn to be more masculine, because that peace sign ur throwing there looks gay as fuck
