How can I get my eyebrows like this?

I have the same thickness and my eyebrows mainly tilt up, but then they tilt down right around a small distance away from the outside corner of my eyes. My eyebrows are also higher set than this (I.e. at a greater vertical distance from my eyes). Given this, what would I need to do?

You could get a browbone implant but you can get a much cheaper operation like an eye brow transplant. For example X; he had a weak brow ridge area/supraorbital yet his eyebrows were thick and positive tilted. You can tell the surgeon that you want new hairs below the original line so it’s pointed more positively. The oils could grow new hairs but I wouldn’t really count on that; maybe it’ll work better if you Dermaroll and use oils
