and this issquinting

can i remove this aspect of eye fish or dead eye idk without needing to squint all the time? or only with surgery? and if it was with surgery, wich one? infra fillers can help or whaat?

I think there's a good chance your canthal tilt won't be positive without a tripod osteotomy which you will absolutely not get.
