How do I get ebt?

They say my mom makes too much money even though she gotta feed a family of 5 herself

And she doesn’t want me to get my own cause they’ll think were frauding

So I think I should apply for food stamps but she said she put the once a month food stamps under me and my sisters name, why tf did she do that
