Currently 15, my features have me at this base that I can’t seem to escape is surgery the only option? Give advice and also a rating of where I stand right now and what’s wrong cuz i can’t pinpoint exact stuff

its just difficult to tell what parts of your face to improve on when its covered by facial fat, once you lean down you can see what needs improvement more clearly and go from there, its definitely not over bro especially if ur only 15

could be somewhere near 15%
Im not 100 percent sure though,
If you have calipers then you can measure your bodyfat more accurately
