How can I get red of this redness?

I’ve had this redness/texture for a very long time (at least a year and half) on both sides but mainly the right side of my cheek, it’s a little hard to see on camera but it fucks up my skin coloring and texture. I am currently using panoxyl 10% (benzoyl peroxide) every night. Any fixes?
