How can i get rid of dark discoloration undereye?

I went to a surgeon and he told me getting under eye fillers could only make it worse. Anyone managed to reduce the dark coloring?
So what should i do? PRP/PRF or even io.rim implant?

First off, I am not a medical professional. From the second picture it looks like it’s mainly due to hyperpigmentation. There’s a series of things you can do to minimize them but unfortunately it is really difficult to remove them completely. First off, topicals. If you haven’t tried using brightening topical treatments for your under eyes, might as well try and see while you seek for other solutions. Ask your dermatologist for a topical treatment. Usually, if they find out that pigmentation is the issue, they will prescribe you a brightening cream probably with hydroquinone, kojic acid, and other compounds that help with depigmentation. If topicals don’t work (which it probs can slightly help but will probably return in the future) look into safe chemical peels for the under eye that will be conducted by a dermatologist or any trained professional. if chemical peels don’t work, there are laser treatments that will probably make the most difference. I believe they are called q-lasers but i’m not rlly too sure about the details. I’ve seen some before afters and the difference is crazy. However, it’s probably really expensive. Nonetheless, I would go to a dermatologist and ask for things you can do for them. I know makeup is quite controversial on this forum but if it really bothers you, a little concealer won’t hurt.
