How can i get rid of gyno?

so i’ve had gyno for a relatively long time now, i’d say maybe around 3 years, and i’m just so tired of this shit.
is there any way i could get rid of it without surgery? i’m tired of hiding it all the time, i wanna wear normal t-shirts again and i just want to go out swimming in summer and all but i’m scared of being judged.
if anyone has experienced the same or knows how to get rid of it please help me.

btw i would be down to take any supplements or other products to get rid of it.
