How can i get rid of Moles/beautymarks

moles are really ruining my appearence. Will they fall off when i get older if not how can i get rid of them? the red mark isnt a mole.

Go to a dermatologist they can laser them off if they bother you. Can try products like azelaic acid or others but a dermatologist has a laser in office an can cut them out that day. Should heal without marks.
